CLIENT:
Meadowbrooke Gourds is the largest crafter of hard shelled gourds in the entire world. These all natural products are hand crafted right here in the heart of Central PA. Used to decorate for every season both indoors and out, these gourds are retailed in every state in the union as well as a few countries abroad.
CHALLENGE:
Meadowbrooke's brand felt old and outdated, they wanted to increase attendance to their special events by their local market and they wanted a way to present their products on a much larger scale.
SOLUTION:
We determined that their catalog design needed a total overhaul including larger and more professional photography. In addition we implemented a direct mail campaign to promote their special events to customers who had attended past special events. Finally, we landed Meadowbrooke a spot on The Discovery Channel's "Dirty Jobs" with Mike Rowe, a TV show that was just as unique as Meadowbrooke themselves.
RESULTS:
Meadowbrooke's brand now looks and feels current, attendance to special events has risen and their national TV air time swamped them with orders overnight.
